Purchase/Renew Membership

Regular membership is available to an NWT Licensed business, NWT Community, NWT Organization or individual that is actively and directly involved in a tourism related operation in the Northwest Territories. 

When purchasing a regular membership, the person's name and contact information you provide for your membership will represent your business/organization and is eligible to be nominated for the NWT Tourism Board of Directors; they are also the person you are designating to vote in both the nomination and election process. This individual is also the person that will receive all communications from NWT Tourism during your membership.

Associate membership is available to any business or individual that provides goods and services to the travel or tourism industry in the NWT or that is indirectly involved in the tourism industry in the NWT.

When purchasing an associate membership, the person's name and contact information you provide for your membership will represent your business/organization to vote in both the nomination and election process, however, will be ineligible to sit on the Board of Directors. This individual is also the person that will receive all communications from NWT Tourism during your membership.

Affiliate membership is available to an employee of a Regular or Associate Member and who would like to receive communication through NWT Tourism, or to educators, students, individuals not directly engaged in the tourism industry, but that have a special interest and/or wish to be involved. This membership category is where employees or territorial and federal government departments who are involved in the tourism industry also fit.  

Affiliate members are not eligible to vote and are ineligible to sit on the Board of Directors.
