Tourism HR Canada is seeking input from tourism businesses to better understand operators’ awareness and practices related to disability inclusion, workplace culture, recruitment, training, and accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
Your valuable feedback will inform the development of tools and training for tourism operators who are facing mounting recruitment challenges, and who may be looking to untapped pools of talent to meet those needs. These tools and training are part of a new, three-year project called Belong, which seeks to increase tourism employment opportunities for people with disabilities in Canada.
