I wish to remind you that there is still time to register for the SuperHost® Foundations of Service Quality training course hosted by the NWT Career Centre (CDETNO) in collaboration with the GNWT - ITI.
This NO-COST opportunity, organized as part of National Tourism Week, is a comprehensive and practical introduction to customer service best practices, designed to sharpen in-demand transferable skills like teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution.
The training course is scheduled to take place on April 26 and 28, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, at CloudWorks in Yellowknife and on April 27 from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm in the Council Chambers Boardroom in Behchokǫ̀.
