NWT Tourism is pleased to be one of the three partners in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on September 25, 2018. The three partners in the MOU are: the Indigenous Tourism Industry Association of Canada (ITAC) the Government of the Northwest Territories, Department of Industry, Tourism & Investment, and NWT Tourism.
The MOU establishes a framework that will enable the three organizations to work together in a new way to support the development and marketing of tourism businesses in the NWT that provide authentic Indigenous cultural experiences. Our shared goal is contributing to the growth of Indigenous tourism in the NWT.
