The NWT Tourism Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 25 at the Hay River Arena Community Hall. Registration will open at 9:00 am and the meeting will start at 9:30 am. All members are invited to attend. There is no fee to attend the AGM portion of the Conference.

Voting on Business at the AGM
Members in good standing with Northwest Territories Tourism (NWTT) are entitled to vote on all business arising at the AGM. A member in good standing is a regular or associate member in possession of a valid membership with NWT Tourism on July 31, 2022 or is an appointed member. Each member in good standing is entitled to one vote per membership. Voting cards will be issued to members in good standing upon registration for the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, October 25th at the Hay River Community Hall.
Members who are unable to attend the AGM in person may name a proxy to vote on their behalf. Those holding proxies must be members in good standing and each member in good standing can hold a maximum of two proxies.
Only written proxies received 24 hours before the AGM will be recognized (must be received by 9:30 am Monday, October 24, 2022).

Deadline for Member Resolution Submission is Thursday, October 13 at 10 a.m MT
If you wish to submit a resolution to the committee, the deadline to do so is this Thursday, October 13th. You can find the resolution form here. We will make member resolutions available for your review before the AGM.
Deadline to Vote for the Board of Directors is Wednesday, October 12 at 4p.m. MT

Voting closes this week on Wednesday, October 12th at 4 p.m. If you are a voting member and have not yet voted, you'll get one final email reminder at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow. Please remember to cast your vote if you choose to do so.
